This was the Monticello Jaycee presence at the Iowa All-State convention at the end of January/beginning of February in Marshalltown. We had a GREAT turn out, and it was long, but fun, and we won TONS of awards!! The lady front and center in the sparkly outfit is the national Jaycee president.
